I can't say enough good things about Greg. He was our third realtor and if we didn't sell our home with him we were all set to give up. He promised us that he could get it done and he kept his word! He was constantly staying in touch with us and telling us the truth, even when we weren't too happy to hear it. After our previous experiences with other agents, I really came to appreciate the meaning of integrity. His in depth knowledge of real estate is what convinced us to use him when we first interviewed him. If you want someone who takes his job seriously, you can't go wrong with Greg. (less)

Greg helped us with purchasing a home back in 2007. We were very picky with the type of home we were looking for, but Greg was unbelievably patient with us while we searched for a home that both me and my wife would love. I knew you were the right man for the job when you told us to not to compromise just for the sake of getting it over with. Other realtors kept trying to get us to buy the first place we saw.
Best of all you told us how we could use a sellers concession to save money on closing costs. Greg is 100% in your corner. He goes out of his way to make sure that the parties involved (Lawyers, Banks, other realtors) have all the information they need to stay on track towards that closing. He is extremely diligent throughout the whole process and always kept us informed of what was going on.
I always recommend Greg to all of my friends and family whenever anyone is in the market for a new home. (less)

It wasn't like he answered the phone whenever I called. But he always got back to us quickly. And if he didn't have the answer yet, he still called to let us know he was working on it.
